The last thing that you want is to experience an injury or chronic pain due to lower mobility in the back.   • Do some aerobic exercises – Muscle-building exercises are important, but doing a little impact exercise is equally crucial. The curvature of your spine is designed to hold the weight of your upper body and stop you from experiencing any injuries. You should therefore keep good posture when you’re sitting, when you’re walking, and when you’re standing. Try to hold your head up high, and keep your shoulders well back.
