If the gambling gods smile on you and you are dealt a Blackjack with your first two cards, an Ace, and any other valued at 10, then you will receive a payout of 3 to 2. If you and the dealer end up with equal hands, it is called a push. You simply get your money back. This would also happen if you and the dealer both get a Blackjack.
